Na podporu spolupráce v rámci univerzitnej aliancie ENLIGHT sa od 1. apríla 2025 otvorila druhá séria grantových výziev. Po úspechu prvého kola v roku 2024 tieto granty podporujú spoločné iniciatívy aspoň troch ENLIGHT partnerov, sú zamerané na interdisciplinárne projekty v oblasti vzdelávania, výskumu a spolupráce so spoločnosťou. Projekty môžete podávať do 30. júna 2025.

Otvárané výzvy:

  • ENLIGHT Incubator Grants: Výzva určená na financovanie inovatívnych vzdelávacích projektov v rámci šiestich prioritných oblastiach ENLIGHT. Maximálna výška grantu: 50 000 € (Oblasť A), 30 000 € (Oblasť B).
  • ENLIGHT Thematic Networks: Táto výzva je určená na podporu interdisciplinárnych akademických sietí zameraných na rozvoj spoločných aktivít spájajúcich vzdelávanie a výskum. Maximálna výška grantu: 100 000 €.

New SLI Staff Week Programme 2025 of the University of Freiburg (Germany)

Dear colleagues,

The Language Teaching Institute (SLI) of the Faculty of Philology at the University of Freiburg will regularly offer the SLI Staff Week as part of ERASMUS+ from March 2025. This program is aimed at university members from all over Europe and offers a variety of opportunities for professional development and international exchange.

The SLI Staff Week includes the following program focuses:

  • German language courses (20 lessons per week) at levels A1 to B1, ideal for those who want to improve their language skills in interactive groups while learning about German culture.
  • Workshops on innovative teaching and leadership techniques (20 teaching units per week, in English), which teach practical methods for everyday university life and sustainably strengthen teaching and leadership skills.
  • Seminars on sustainability at universities (20 teaching units per week, in English), in which strategies for promoting sustainable university development are presented.

The courses take place in a relaxed atmosphere in the historic center of Freiburg. The campus in the historic city center and the attractive location of Freiburg also offer participants the opportunity to explore the border triangle - from the Black Forest to Basel, Zurich, Strasbourg, Paris or Milan.

This course provides you with tools to use English more fluently and effectively at work. In addition, fluency will be improved through discussion and role playing real life situations.

Intended outcomes

Upon completing the course, participants will have strengthened their oral communication skills and increased their competence in the English language as well as broadened their knowledge of field-specific vocabulary.

Invitation to BIP programme: Fostering Quality Culture in HEI

Study Quality Unit of Vytautas Magnus University is pleased to invite colleagues from partner universities to join a Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) “Fostering Quality Culture in HEI” on 7 -11 April 2025.

VMU will host a BIP focused on exploring and advancing quality assurance (QA) in Higher Education Institutions (HEI), aiming to explore key milestones, best practices, and strategic approaches to fostering excellence in higher education institutions.   

Participants will engage in a two-part programme:  

  1. Virtual component: Online Kick Off meeting (Ms Teams) on 20 March 2025, 10.00-12.00 a.m. CET.
  2. In-person programme from 7 to 11 April 2025 in Kaunas: An immersive, interactive experience including:

Call for course proposals - 2025

International faculty are invited to submit course proposals for Universidade da Coruña's International Summer School, which will be held in A Coruña in the summer of 2025. Courses shall be entirely taught in English. Each intensive course shall have a total teaching load of 42 hours divided into two weeks (from 14th to 25th July) and will have an academic value of 6 ECTS credits.

Staff Training Week at Vytautas Magnus University, Lithuania I 5th-9th of May. 2025

We are happy to inform you that VMU International Cooperation Department is organising International Staff Training Week on the 5th – 9th of May, 2025

We cordially invite you and your colleagues to join us for this event. Topics of the week are related to “Happiness at Work” (Enhancing Positive Aspects and Addressing Work Challenges). International Days and Fair at Jan Amos Komeński University of Applied Sciences in Leszno Poland

We are celebrating the anniversary throughout the academic year, and from May 20th to 24th, 2025, we want to celebrate the jubilee of our university's international cooperation as part of the International Days and Fair.

We cordially invite you and your colleagues to attend the International Days and all the joint celebrations, to establish contacts with other European universities and present your university to potential students.

During the International Days there will be a ceremony with the participation of our guests and authorities, many lectures, and of course the international fair.

We are also planning several excursions, f.e. to the beautiful town Wroclaw. Transportation will be provided. Furthermore there will be wellbeing sessions, workshops and on Friday a farewell dinner with music by the lake . You will also be introduced to the city of Leszno and its surroundings. Saint-Louis Bruxelles' Academic Staff Week - March 2025 - Register now !

UCLouvain Saint-Louis Bruxelles is delighted to announce that the 6th edition of its Academic Staff Week will be held from 24 to 28 March 2025.  

This annual event is an excellent opportunity to share knowledge, promote the idea of internationalization and strengthen collaboration among partner universities and academic staff members from around the world. Furthermore, this program is designed to support teachers, professors, and external academic professionals, with the goal of diversifying training methods and sharing good practices.

EAWOP Small Group Meeting: hľadanie záujemcov

Organizátori hľadajú záujemcov o účasť na stretnutí. Témou tohto stretnutia bude duševné zdravie, pohoda a udržateľnosť kariéry mladých vedeckých pracovníkov. Konferencia je prebežne plánovaná na budúci rok v Bologni a zameria sa na príspevky z oblastí výskumu, praxe aj verejných politík.

My name is Gerardo Petruzziello and I'm an assistant professor of Work and Organisational Psychology at the Department of Psychology, University of Bologna.

Together with other colleagues, I'm preparing a proposal to organize a Small Group Meeting (SGM, http://eawop.org/calls) funded by the European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology (EAWOP). An SGM is a 2–3-day small-scale conference, with research-, practice- and policy-oriented contributions, open to a maximum of 25 participants. In particular, we want to focus on early career researchers (ECRs) mental health, well-being, and career sustainability. We are still developing the proposal but plan to hold the SGM in Bologna next year. 

For any clarification - also because I know I've been quite concise in my explanations for the sake of brevity - please don't hesitate to contact me.

Erasmus+ Teaching Mobility Offer
