Roles of the tutor
Tutor:
- According to the recommended study path of the given accredited study program, advises male and female students in the development of a study plan.
- explains to students the principles of credit studies, helps them to understand the study regulations, the AIS2 system, etc.
- familiarises students with the rules of the academic world.
The role of tutors is defined in more detail in the Directive of the Dean of the Faculty of Education of Comenius University.
Tutors and tutors have one hour of tutorial hours per week reserved for study counselling.
Planning your study
When planning a study trip, the student is guided by:
The curriculum of his/her programme of study (in the case of combined psychology teaching, the curriculum consists of three parts: psychology, general teacher education (GTE) and a second study combination). The curriculum is available in the AIS2 system in VSST 178.
Study Regulations of the Faculty of Education of Comenius University.
The timetable of the current academic year, which lists the dates of the examination period, teaching practice, block teaching, etc.
The recommended study path for the first year of the Bachelor's degree in psychology teaching in full-time form:
Winter semester:
General Psychology (lecture and seminar), Anatomy and Physiology of the Nervous System, Social-Psychological Training 1.
Compulsory electives: according to the current offer in the timetable
Summer semester:
Developmental Psychology, Social Psychology, Methodology of Psychological Research, History of Psychology
